Facilities

Thank you very much for offering to speak at our Group Night.

The facilities at Theydon Village Hall are good, with plenty of off-road parking spaces.

It is located: What3Words Google Maps

The room contains:

  • Large Projector Screen
  • WiFi (2 services)
  • Microphones and PA
  • Tables and Chairs
  • Blackout Blinds

We will also bring a separate radio mic and PA, plus laptops with webcams. A projector can be sourced by prior arrangement if needed.

Powerpoint

We normally ask that if you plan to use PowerPoint, you provide a copy of your presentation in advance as this gives us the option to run it on one of our laptops with Zoom running. It also provides backup!

Zoom

When appropriate we like to broadcast presentations over Zoom to invited members who are unable to attend in person.
